Our stores are open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Pickup and delivery services are available 7 days a week.
You can schedule a pickup through our website, WhatsApp at 0316 2675495, or by calling us directly. We offer same-day pickup if you book before 12 PM.
Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for most services. We also offer express same-day service at an additional charge.

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, and online payments through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and credit/debit cards.

Monthly Packages
Choose a package based on your monthly laundry needs. You get a fixed number of items per month at discounted rates. Unused items carry forward for up to 3 months.
Yes, our packages have no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime without any penalties or cancellation fees.
You can add extra items at special discounted rates available exclusively for package subscribers. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher tier package.
Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to 2 months. Simply contact us, and we'll hold your subscription until you're ready to resume.
Pickup & Delivery
Yes, we provide free pickup and delivery for orders above Rs. 500. Orders below this amount may have a small delivery charge.
Once your order is picked up, you'll receive updates via WhatsApp. You can also call us anytime to check your order status.
You can leave your laundry at a safe location (with a doorman, neighbor, etc.) or reschedule for a more convenient time. Just let us know!
Yes, express same-day service is available at 50% additional charge. Orders must be placed before 10 AM for same-day delivery.
